Cancellation or reschedule

We reserve the right to charge the full price of the scheduled service for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time. This policy applies to all appointments, including individual and group sessions, events, and other services.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen  circumstances can arise, and we will always do our best to be accommodating and flexible. However, we also need to ensure that our staff and resources are being used efficiently and effectively.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience or charges. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to our cancellation policy.

If you have had Botox injections in your face, we recommend waiting at least 10 days before undergoing any face treatments.

If you have had Filler injections, we recommend waiting at least four weeks before undergoing any face treatments.

We kindly ask that you also follow our cancellation policy to avoid any inconvenience to our team and other clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, to avoid any inconvenience or charges.
